Inexpensive 23″ Dell P2314T compares favorably with its counterparts with a touch surface with support for multi-touch gestures and the ability to tilt almost perpendicular to the plane of the table position. Thus, the device can be used not only as a traditional monitor, but also as a large tablet.
The bright and rich image will definitely appeal to those who like to watch movies on their home PC, as well as casual gamers who can control using gestures. Fans of drawing on a PC will also appreciate the possibility of the so-called «tablet mode». True, given the fact that the surface of the monitor is glossy, there will be a lot of fingerprints.
Dell P2314T: alternative
With the 23ET83V, LG also offers a 23-inch multitouch touchscreen, but charges a little less for the device. The quality of the IPS panel is generally comparable to that of a Dell monitor, but the LG representative does not have an ergonomic folding mechanism.

CONCLUSION
In our test runs, the Dell P2314T impressed us with its intuitive multi-touch controls and clever folding mechanism that allows this TFT monitor to be tilted relative to the table. In addition, it features very good picture quality, moderate power consumption and MHL-compatible HDMI. Only some uneven illumination deserves criticism.
