iRobot's Looj
If you rely on your robotic vacuum cleaners to do your cleaning for you, then congratulations! You're one of the tech geeks like me who don't like getting their hands dirty with household work. Why bother right? I mean, thanks to Toyota, Honda, and all those Japanese manufacturers who are making headway in robotics, a few years from now and we'll have our own Rosie from the Jetsons.
Well, since it would probably be years since we get our Rosie, iRobot, the company behind the Roomba, is trying to do our household chores one robot at a time. Already famous with their Roomba vacuum cleaners and washers and most recently, a robotic pool cleaner, iRobot has now introduced a robotic gutter cleaner: the Looj.
According to iRobot, the Looj blasts through your gutter and downspout holes. Of course, you're still not free from climbing that ladder since you still have to place Looj on your gutter and control it by remote but at least it makes your job much easier. The Looj is ready for pre-order on iRobot's site and will start shipping at the end of April. Perfect to start your Spring Cleaning.
