Okay, so I've previously posted about how I'm getting low cell phone signal from my provider. I'd probably switch but then again, I don't want to lose my number. So I've been surfing the net for a good cell phone signal booster. Man, these things aren't cheap. Plus, I didn't know that there's a different model if you want to get 3G signals.

The cheaper model only gets GSM signal but for those who use their phones as modems, a cell phone booster that can catch WCDMA signals would be a good investment. Of course, the model that supports 3G/WCDMA signals are more expensive.

Hmm, maybe I'll just search for some Do-it-yourself projects about creating your own signal booster. I know I've come across something like that before.
