UMID M1



The Korean company, UMID, has announced the release of their mobile internet device (MID), the M1 which was announced during CES 2009. The M1 sports a 4.8 inch touch screen with 1024 x 600 resolution, WiBRO, HSDPA, WiMAX, Bluetooth, and WiFi (talk about a lot of Wi's.) As for other technical specs, the UMID M1 runs on Intel Atom processor with 1.33GHz of processing power, 512 - 1GB DDR2 memroy, 32GB SSD, and can run on Windows XP/Vista or Linux.

Hmm, a mobile internet device or a super miniaturized netbook? Lucky Koreans. Hope we get to see this baby stateside.
