Finally Transferred to own Web Host

I've finally decided to transfer one of my blogs to my own web hosting account. Of course, since I'm just new, I tried out a free hosting account from 000webhost.com. So far so good, I've not encountered any problems. My hosting provider doesn't have any forced ads on my site and they offer around 1500MB of disk space and 100GB data transfer. Pretty decent for free. Of course, since I have no way of knowing their uptime, I don't always know if my blog is having problems but so far, every time I access my blog, it's online.

But what will happen if miracles of all miracles I've exceeded my disk space and data transfer allocation? 000webhost.com doesn't offer any paid hosting. Well, I could always transfer my hosting account to another web host. Webhostingrating.com has an article about changing webhosts in six easy steps so I think transferring would be easy. Besides, I hardly update that other blog so it would probably be years before I transfer to a new host. Except of course, if I find out that my blog is not online 99% of the time.
