Is still there a need for generators?
If there's one good thing that this
economic crisis, Global Financial crisis, credit crunch or whatever
you may call it has bought, it has definitely helped us avoid an
energy crisis. If some of you can remember a few months back, world
oil prices were skyrocketing. It has led many to believe that we
would suffer an oil shortage and lead to an energy crisis, that's why
Mr. Obama has put it in his campaign to find renewable sources of
energy.
Anyways, this has led many paranoid individuals such as my relatives to find a Power Generator just in case some power companies couldn't afford oil anymore to run their power plants. I pointed out to them, however, that since most generators run on oil, if there were a worldwide shortage of oil, they would of course, find a hard time coming up with oil for their generators. But not to be daunted, my relatives, who of course, also has a bomb shelter in their house, wanted Natural Gas Generators .
Since oil prices are lower, I doubt that there would be any need to purchase generators but of course, they still wanted one in order to conserver electricity to prepare themselves for the global economic crisis and the rise in power charges. They now wanted a Generator Transfer Switch with their genrator in order to minimize use of power from the electric company. Oh well, why would you argue with people who still have bomb shelters, right? Anyways, in this day and time, I'm sure a lot of you will still find uses for generators. Plus, avid gadget users and home theater enthusiast should not be without one.
