Cool Gadgets for your Shoes
Ever since I've seen one of those shoes with skates that have, like pop-skates when you press the button, I've thought of a lot of things that you can probably fit on your shoes if it's big enough, probably as large as one of those Nike SB shoes. Here's just of the nifty tools that I think manufacturers can put on their shoes.
Pocket Knife
If they can make wheels pop out of your shoe, why not knife, right? Yeah, it would probably hell for security people but it would be nice for hikers. And I guess it's annoying enough to have to empty your pockets, we don't need a search to include emptying or untying your shoes now.
Flashlights
You remember those shoes when you were just a toddler? The ones that light up when you walk, well, why not shoes equipped with flashlights for adults? It would make walking down a dark theater a hell lot easier.
Charger
Now here's one that's a bit more realistic and probably more useful. NTT Docomo already has a prototype for one. The charger would generate power, around 1.2 watts, but NTT Docomo hopes that their prototype would be able to generate 3 watts so that it can charge up a mobile phone. Pretty good. I hope Nike would get in on this idea, jump the gun and make one of their own. This is definitely something that gadget lovers would love to have.
