God, I miss SimCity on my PC. It’s been a while since I’ve gotten a new game for my Nintendo DS so I tried searching for some games with good reviews over at Testfreaks and saw the SimCity Creator which got me reminiscing about the good old SimCity days on my PC when I could just waste half a day playing the game (*sigh* the benefit of unemployment).

Anyways, I love old school games but I was surprised that they made significant changes to the SimCity franchise. Rather than being a mayor, you actually start to build your city from scratch—like during the Cavemen times! I mean, though I love the old SimCity, I always play using the fast forward since doing it in normal time will just be BORING. But to actually extend the game so that you have to build a city from the dawn of civilization?!! Anyways, the good thing about getting reviews over at testfreaks is that EVERY review of that particular product is already compiled under one product page so I won’t have to Google for every review on SimCity Creator. And from the looks of it, I won’t have to be buying this for my DS. Only an average of 6 from 4 reviewers.
