Sony has previously announced that it has inked a deal with Muvico Entertainment to install Sony's 4K projection technology in their new cinema complexes beginning this Winter. Most of existing Muvico theaters will be upgraded to use digital technology. Also, aside from using Sony's projectors, Muvico plans to also use other Sony gadgets in their facilities such as VAIO computers, Playstations, security cameras, etc. Wow, so would this mean that going to the movies will be much more expensive?

I haven't really tried going to one of Muvico's Cinemas which features' Sony's 4K projection technology but I do hope that it's good to justify the high price that Muvico will be charging in the future.
