I'm sharpening my SEO skills so I thought I might look into some Search Engine Marketing Specialist to apply to. Pepperjam.com seems like a funky and cool company to work for (doesn't hurt that the guys on their front page all look cute). If what they claim on their front page is correct, they already have eBay, Sesame Street, DKNY, and other big named companies as their clients so I’ll definitely learn a thing or two from these guys. I’ve checked out their “careers” page and it looks like Pepperjam is definitely a happening place (free video games, ping-pong and Pizzas). Sign me up right now!
